Rubberised safety cuff - A rubberised cuff holds the glove on the wrist and keeps grit, swarf and splinters from dropping inside while you are loading out.

Quality of guarantee

6 MONTHS

Separately from the 28-day route above, we give a six-month quality guarantee on the goods we sell. It is set out in full at section 7 of our Terms and Conditions. In short: 

  • It runs for six months from the date of purchase, and covers manufacturing defects only. 
  • To claim, we need proof of purchase, a clear photograph showing the defect and the overall condition of the item, a description of the fault, and what the item has been used for. The photograph is what confirms the condition the item is in, so please send it with your first message. 
  • If we accept your claim we will replace the item or, where a replacement is not available, issue a refund or a credit. You will not be charged for the replacement or its delivery. 
  • It does not cover fair wear and tear, or damage caused by using the item outside its rated specification, EN ISO rating or working environment, for example exposure to chemicals or use in heavy manufacturing. The full list of exclusions is at section 7 of the Terms and Conditions. 

If a manufacturing defect appears more than 28 days after delivery but within six months, this is the route that applies. If you are not sure which applies, contact us using the details in section 7 and we will tell you.

No. Split leather and cotton should not go through a machine, as washing stiffens the leather. Brush off dry dirt and let them air dry away from direct heat.
