Anyone can put a boot on a website. We would rather tell you where it came from.
Safety kit is only worth what the certificate behind it is worth.
We sell a short range on purpose. Fewer than fifty products, each one specified properly. Every listing names the standard it is built to and the rating it holds, and nothing goes on sale until we have the certification to support it. Where a product has not cleared that bar, it stays in draft and you never see it.
That is the whole policy. The detail below is for anyone who needs to evidence it.
Four things, before we place an order.
Every supplier data sheet is checked line by line against the standard it cites. If a sheet contradicts itself, it goes back to the manufacturer before anything is listed.
Not per range. A type-examination certificate for one model does not cover a family, and we do not treat it as though it does.
If the image shows a different closure, a different cut or a different material to the data sheet, the product waits until we know which one is right.
Our manufacturers show us their factories. Some of that footage is below.
We ask every manufacturer to confirm their working conditions, wages and hours before we place an order, and we hold their written response on file.

These are supplier declarations. We have not yet commissioned an independent social audit, and we will not describe a declaration as an audit. When that changes, this page changes.
The other half is whether we can keep supplying you.
We track lead times, minimum order quantities and batch consistency across every supplier. A manufacturer who cannot hold a specification across two orders does not stay on our list.
If a batch arrives wrong, tell us. We replace it and we go back to the factory, and if it happens twice we change factory. You should not be managing our supply chain for us.
Two different things get confused on pages like this, so we will separate them.
Product certification is about the boot, and that is covered above. Business accreditation is about the company handling your order, your account and your data. Ours covers the second:
