220 gsm cotton base garment

The base is the same 220 gsm 100% cotton coverall as the standard version, with reflective tape added at the shoulders, arms and legs.

Ordered S to 3XL and available with your own branding. No EN ISO 20471 visibility class has been supplied yet, so we are confirming it.

Standard EN ISO 20471 Class 2 (declared by the manufacturer)
What it covers High-visibility warning clothing for professional use. Class 2 requires a minimum of 0.50 square metres of fluorescent background material and 0.13 square metres of retroreflective material.

Quality of guarantee

6 MONTHS

Separately from the 28-day route above, we give a six-month quality guarantee on the goods we sell. It is set out in full at section 7 of our Terms and Conditions. In short: 

  • It runs for six months from the date of purchase, and covers manufacturing defects only. 
  • To claim, we need proof of purchase, a clear photograph showing the defect and the overall condition of the item, a description of the fault, and what the item has been used for. The photograph is what confirms the condition the item is in, so please send it with your first message. 
  • If we accept your claim we will replace the item or, where a replacement is not available, issue a refund or a credit. You will not be charged for the replacement or its delivery. 
  • It does not cover fair wear and tear, or damage caused by using the item outside its rated specification, EN ISO rating or working environment, for example exposure to chemicals or use in heavy manufacturing. The full list of exclusions is at section 7 of the Terms and Conditions. 

If a manufacturing defect appears more than 28 days after delivery but within six months, this is the route that applies. If you are not sure which applies, contact us using the details in section 7 and we will tell you.

S-3XL. That is the size run the supplier lists for this coverall, the same as the standard all-cotton version.
On the shoulders, on the arms and on the legs, as listed by the supplier. The base garment is the same 220 gsm all-cotton coverall.
The reflective tape placement is as listed, but the supplier has not supplied an EN ISO 20471 visibility class. We are confirming that with them and will not state a class until they do.
Send us a photo of the fault. That is all the supplier needs to credit it, so there is nothing to package up and post back.
